Program Details

Eligibility:

• Our GFC Rewards Program is curated exclusively for individual patrons of Gulf Food Center who are 18 years of age or older. Organizations, charities, partnerships, and other collective entities are not eligible.
• A valid QID is essential for registering with the program.

Earning Points:

• Earn one point for every QAR 1 spent on eligible purchases at Gulf Food Center.
• Your points will be updated at the checkout. Kindly prompt the cashier to add your well-deserved points.
• Any returned items will result in a deduction of the equivalent points from your account.

Redeeming Points:

• Accumulate 1000 points and unlock a QAR 10 reward, ready for your redemption.
• While these rewards can be used against future shopping at our stores, they are not exchangeable for cash.
• Points will expire after 12 months, so customers are encouraged to redeem them within this time frame.

Account Management:

• To ensure smooth and effective communication, it is imperative that you keep your contact information up-to-date.
• Gulf Food Center cannot be held accountable for communication issues stemming from inaccurate or outdated contact details.

Modification & Termination:

• Gulf Food Center reserves the unilateral right to alter or terminate the loyalty program or any of its components without prior notice.
• Upon program termination, a 30-day window will be provided for you to redeem any remaining points.

Limitation of Liability:

• Gulf Food Center disclaims any responsibility for complications such as errors, negligence, misplaced/stolen rewards, or any program-related misuse.
• By taking part in the GFC Rewards Program, members relinquish any claims against Gulf Food Center concerning the program.

General:

• Rewards from this program are not to be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless explicitly specified.
• Misconduct, violation of these terms, providing false information, or any action detrimental to Gulf Food Center may result in membership termination and disqualification from future participation.
• Gulf Food Center's decisions regarding the GFC Rewards Program are final and binding.

Replacement and Returns Policy:

• We adhere to the Consumer Protection Act of Qatar for our returns and replacement policy.

Purchase Limitations:

• Items purchased using loyalty points may be swapped for products of similar value. No returns will be made in the form of points or cash.

Products Excluded from Loyalty Program:

• Tobacco products, such as cigarettes, are not part of this loyalty program.
